Application of ultraviolet disinfection lamp

(1) in the application of surface sterilization, UV surface sterilization device is widely used in food, electronics, semiconductors, liquid crystal display, plasma TV, crystal vibrator, precision devices, chemical, medical, health, biological, beverage, agriculture and other fields.  UV light source irradiation food, materials and other surfaces, with fast, efficient, pollution-free sterilization effect, so as to maintain the high quality of products.  Compared with the traditional sterilization method, surface sterilization has the characteristics of fast sterilization, continuous processing and batch processing, simple operation, environmental protection without secondary pollution.

(3) Application in medical environment health.  The use of ultraviolet disinfection lamp to sterilize the air has been in the hospital for decades, there are static air direct irradiation method and flow air disinfection method.  Static air direct illumination method uses ultraviolet disinfection lamp direct illuminate, its shortcoming is the place that irradiation cannot disinfect, the person cannot be present when disinfect.  Flow air disinfection method uses dynamic air disinfection machine, this kind of disinfection machine just can make up for the above two defects.  The working principle of mobile air disinfection machine is to sterilize the air in the disinfection machine through indoor air circulation, so as to achieve the purpose of air disinfection in the whole room.  The structure of this kind of disinfection machine is mostly taken from the shell of the indoor machine of household air conditioning.  Flow air disinfection machine, has developed into a variety of disinfection equipment including sterilization air conditioning, air purifier and so on.  The use of products used only in hospitals has also become popular, and they have moved to homes, offices and public places.  The function is also diversified, the products used only for sterilization can be used for health care, prevention, become health related products.
